Bridge Steel Plate Reconciliation

In our recent reconciliation, we found some minor issues with the consumption of bridge steel plates. We have used a large amount of bridge steel plates in the past period of time, but our accounting records show that the quantity we consumed is not very consistent with the actual quantity we used.

To address this issue, we conducted a comprehensive reconciliation. We have carefully checked all the outbound records and verified them with our actual inventory. We also checked all procurement records to ensure that our inventory records are correct and accurate. By comparing our inventory records with the actual inventory situation, we found that there were differences in the quantity of many steel plates.

In further investigation, we identified some issues. Firstly, we found some issues with some of our purchase orders and delivery records. Sometimes we repeatedly record purchase orders and outbound information, resulting in inaccurate inventory quantities. We also found that some differences in the number of steel plates may be due to our staff not recording the movement of inventory.

In order to solve these problems, we have discussed and developed some solutions. Firstly, we have decided to thoroughly count the existing inventory during each purchase to ensure that our records are accurate and accurate. Secondly, we will strengthen inventory management, especially during the process of moving inventory. The staff needs to timely and accurately record the situation of each move of inventory to ensure that our inventory records are consistent with the actual situation.
