Bridge U-rib

In the process of bridge construction, various types of bridge slabs will inevitably be used. Precautions for bridge slab construction are as follows:

1. The bridge slab is 2m × The assembly of 1.5m section steel formwork has sufficient strength, stiffness and stability, and can bear the gravity and lateral pressure of concrete pouring and various loads that may exist during construction. The horizontal and vertical stiffeners of bridge slab are adopted φ 50 steel pipe.

2. Precast concrete blocks of the same grade are used to pad the inner side of the bridge slab between the bearing platform reinforcement and the formwork to ensure the thickness of the protective layer; Transverse reinforcement or square timber shall be used to tie the reinforcement with the foundation pit wall to ensure the accurate position around the formwork φ 50 steel pipe scaffold shall be erected to facilitate bridge slab installation and concrete pouring.

3. Use double-sided adhesive to stick the joints between dense formwork, and pay attention to no slurry leakage. The contact surface between formwork and concrete shall be smooth. The formwork surface shall be coated with release agent, and the pull rod shall be reinforcement with washer.

4. Bridge slab shall be inspected before and during concrete pouring.

Characteristics of bridge slab

1. The surface of building bridge slab is flat and smooth. Easy demoulding, good pouring surface quality, no plastering operation, reduce workload, improve work efficiency and shorten construction period.

2. The bridge slab has high strength and good toughness. The formwork has high strength, good toughness, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and moth proof. The static bending strength is 8-10 times that of wood and 4-5 times that of wood veneer. It can be sawed and nailed, which greatly reduces the number of formwork supports.

3. The building bridge slab has good water resistance.

4. Low thermal conductivity of bridge slab.

5. The bridge slab has many times of use and long service life.
