2.2 Material: Production workshop according to the processing task list of steel sections and connection plate respectively, and according to the task list on the number of the parts for the steel stamp number
2.3 Forming: According to the design requirements, the use of processing equipment and certain tooling mold to bend the plate or profile into a fixed shape of the process. Generally have two methods of cold bending and hot bending.
2.4 Hole making: including rivet holes, bolt holes, can be drilled or punched. Drilling with a drilling machine, can be used for steel plates, sections of the hole processing, punching with a punching machine, generally only in the thinner steel plates, sections on the punch, and the hole diameter is generally less than the thickness of steel.
2.5 Assembling: The drilled connection plate is welded to the column and beam for each stick to complete the assembling process.
2.6 Welding: In accordance with the welding operation process, manual welding or CO2 semi-automatic protection welding is used to weld each node. The welding order is: welding the welding seam of the tendon plate first, and then welding the connecting seam of the bolted plate and the column and the beam. After the welding is completed, the members are numbered according to the numbers on the processing task list.
2.7 Correction: Steel will be deformed during storage, transportation, lifting and processing and forming, and must be corrected for steel and members that do not meet the technical standards. Steel structure methods are: flame correction, mechanical correction and manual correction
2.8 Shot blasting rust removal and coating: The components are shot blasted to remove rust. After shot blasting and rust removal, the components are sealed with sealant to prevent external factors such as paint, fireproof paint and rust from affecting the clarity of the steel seal.
The temperature of the painting environment should be in accordance with the provisions of the paint product manual, if there is no provision, the ambient temperature should be between 5~38, the relative humidity should not be greater than 85%, there is no dew and oil on the surface of the components, etc., and the surface should be protected from rain within 4h after painting.
