The weathering plate generally adopts the process route of fine material feeding - smelting (converter, electric furnace - microalloying treatment - blowing - LF refining - low superheat continuous casting (feeding rare earth wire) - controlled rolling and controlled cooling. During smelting, scrap steel is added into the furnace along with the furnace charge, and is smelted according to the conventional process. After tapping, deoxidizer and alloy are added. After the molten steel is blown, it is immediately cast. The molten steel after blowing and temperature adjustment is cast into slab by continuous casting machine. Due to the addition of rare earth elements in the steel, the weathering plate is purified and the content of inclusions is greatly reduced.
