1. First, if the medium and heavy plate you need is used for stamping, shearing, leveling, straightening, cutting and bending, the steel grade of the medium and heavy plate shall meet the requirements of the drawing technical standards. If necessary, the medium and heavy plates will be tested and analyzed and processed after passing the inspection.

2. After leveling, the surface flatness of medium and heavy plate parts shall meet the specified requirements. The dimensional deviation of cutting medium and thick plate parts should also meet the specified requirements.

3. For shear and blanking parts, the dimensional deviation shall meet the specified requirements. If there is burr, the limit height of burr shall not be greater than 0.3mm.

4. Under the condition of ensuring the basic size, the fillet and other parts of the parts formed by medium and heavy plate drawing are allowed to be freely deformed, and the local thickness is allowed to increase or decrease naturally. However, if the assembly contact surface is affected, repair it.

5. For gas cutting parts, the section perpendicularity shall not be greater than 15% of the part thickness, and the edge concave convex points shall not exceed 1.5mm. If there is slag or burr on the surface, it shall be removed in time.
