65Mn has simple composition, better hardenability, inductive mechanical function, decarburization and other process functions than carbon steel, but it is sensitive to overheating, temper brittleness, easy to crack after quenching, low price and large consumption. 3.60Si2CrA 60Si2CrVA

Due to its high strength, it should be treated in time after rolling the spring to eliminate internal stress and make important large springs with large load. 60si2cra can make steam turbine gland spring, regulating spring, condenser support spring, etc. 60Si2CrVA steel also makes very important springs, such as spring of spring pick-up hook of conventional weapons and spring of crusher.

4.55CrMnA

The outstanding advantages of 60CrMnA are good hardenability, other hot working functions, inductive mechanical functions and anti decarburization functions, and various important springs with large section, such as large leaf springs and coil springs of cars and locomotives.

5.60CrMnMoA

Among the existing tension spring steels, it has high hardenability, good mechanical function and tempering stability. It is also a super large tension spring used in large civil buildings, heavy vehicles and machinery. The thickness of steel plate can be more than 35mm, and the diameter of round steel can be more than 60mm.

6.50CrVA

A few vanadium improve elasticity, strength, yield ratio and elastic reduction resistance, refine grains and reduce decarburization tendency.
