Combined guided float valve tray

The combined guided float valve tray is a patented technology developed by East China University of Technology in 1996. The valve absorbs the respective characteristics of the bar valve and the guided sieve plate, forming an innovative combined bar valve. It is composed of a rectangular guided float valve and a trapezoidal guided float valve in an appropriate ratio.

The main characteristics of the combined guided float valve tray are:

① The tray is equipped with rectangular and trapezoidal guide float valves, and the float valve is equipped with guide holes. The opening direction of the guide holes is consistent with the liquid flow direction on the tray.

② Adjust the ratio of ladder type float valve and rectangular type float valve according to the size of liquid flow intensity or the length of liquid flow path.

③ The float valve does not rotate during operation, and the float valve does not wear or fall off.

④ The efficiency of the tray is 10% - 20% higher than that of the F1 type float valve tray; The production capacity can be increased by 20% - 30%.
